A dynamic agent in Indian River County, Nystrom brings 17 years of experience with selling, buying, renting and managing in Vero Beach, helping hundreds of Buyers and Sellers, Tenants and Landlords realize their dreams. In 2005, Nystrom started in the housing business in Vero with a focus primarily in Beach rentals and swiftly found success. She started her own property management company and then three years later, she made a move to a larger company with a focus on sales. Now, coming full circle, she intends to create a better experience for both Landlords and Tenants while still continuing to help clients buy and sell homes.

Kathy graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a BA in Mass Communications, Political Science and a minor in French. She is a Sunday School teacher, Board member for Miss B’s Learning Bees, tennis enthusiast and a former commuter airline pilot.
